About Moravia's Planning Area

Moravia’s historic downtown serves as the center of business and social activity for not only the Village but also nearby rural towns. There are more than 13,000 residents in eight townships within ten miles of downtown. ​

The NY Forward focus area along Main Street (State Route 38) includes a variety of businesses, housing, and Ethel Fuller Park. Program funding will inject transformative investment in a bustling downtown and serve as a catalyst for revitalization efforts already underway. ​
